RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – ARABIC SPEAKER

We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor Arabic Speaker to join the team at our Greek / Mediterranean Restaurant

What youll be doing:
Supervise the daily restaurant operation and ensure smooth service
Lead motivate and support the team during each shift
Ensure exceptional and personalised guest experiences
Welcome and engage with guests particularly Arabic-speaking guests
Handle guest requests feedback and concerns professionally
Ensure all service hygiene and presentation standards are consistently maintained
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities to the team
Support training and coaching of team members
Assist with staff scheduling opening and closing procedures and operational requirements
Monitor restaurant supplies and assist with stock control
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
Strong leadership and team-management abilities
Excellent guest-service and communication skills
Passion for food beverage and hospitality
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
Professional appearance positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
