Job Summary
Summary: The Civil Engineer role in Bahrain is a critical position responsible for overseeing site operations ensuring project quality and maintaining safety standards across construction projects. This role demands a highly skilled professional with proven experience in construction site supervision technical problem-solving and project coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key part in driving project success by aligning on-site activities with design specifications managing resources efficiently and delivering timely progress reports. Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site and construction activities
Coordinate with contractors consultants and project teams
Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project specifications
Monitor project progress quality standards and site safety
Prepare site reports technical documentation and progress updates
Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues when required
Manage manpower materials and site operations effectively
Requirements
Requirements:
Bahraini nationality is mandatory
Valid CRPEP License is required
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector
Must own a private car with a valid Bahraini driving license
Ability to attend regular site visits across project locations
Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction works
Good communication leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities professionally
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in residential commercial or infrastructure projects
Strong site supervision and project coordination experience
Good understanding of construction standards and regulations in Bahrain
Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
