Job Summary
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors suppliers and business partners.
- Serving as the primary contact for vendor communications and day-to-day coordination.
- Assisting with vendor onboarding and ensuring a smooth partnership experience.
- Working closely with internal departments to support business requirements and operational needs.
- Addressing vendor inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and establish new business relationships.
- Supporting sales marketing and business development activities when required.
- Preparing reports maintaining vendor records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
- Coordinating meetings presentations and follow-up activities with vendors and stakeholders.
- Monitoring vendor performance and helping maintain high standards of service and collaboration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in vendor relations vendor management supplier coordination customer relations sales marketing business development account management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under deadlines.
- A positive attitude professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
- Valid Bahrain Driving License.

This is a hands-on cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the business connecting warehouse management commodity trading operations logistics coordination and procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of agricultural commodity trading the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and a track record of keeping operations running efficiently and cost-effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
