Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls emails and other communication channels.
  • Provide information about the companys air conditioning and cleaning services.
  • Assist customers with service requests and ensure their concerns are addressed professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support sales and marketing activities and help generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants should be below 30 years of age.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
