Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls emails and other communication channels.
- Provide information about the companys air conditioning and cleaning services.
- Assist customers with service requests and ensure their concerns are addressed professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support sales and marketing activities and help generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants should be below 30 years of age.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in customer service telesales sales marketing or call centre operations is preferred.
