Position: Regional Manager
Qualification : Graduate
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience
Location: Bahrain
Salary: BHD 500 – BHD 600 per month

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the complete operations of jewellery branches.
• Drive sales revenue and profitability across both branches.
• Monitor branch-wise performance and achieve sales targets.
• Lead motivate and manage branch managers and sales teams.
• Ensure effective inventory and stock management including stock audits and controls.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily branch operations staffing attendance discipline and productivity.
• Implement company policies procedures and operational standards across branches.
• Analyse sales reports KPIs expenses and branch performance.
• Coordinate with management on business plans promotions and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales customer engagement and branch profitability.
• Ensure proper compliance security and loss-prevention practices.
• Conduct regular branch visits and provide guidance to branch teams.
