Quantity Surveyor – Oil & Gas

Department: Commercial / Projects
Reports To: Commercial Manager / Project Manager

We are hiring for our client in Bahrain for the position of QS to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of oil & gas projects ensuring effective cost control contract administration valuation variations claims and financial reporting.

• Prepare cost estimates budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and prepare monthly commercial reports.
• Review and administer EPC/FIDIC contracts.
• Prepare and evaluate variation orders claims and final accounts.
• Verify quantities progress payments and subcontractor invoices.
• Support tendering procurement and subcontract administration.
• Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with project engineering procurement and finance teams.

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of FIDIC and EPC contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control systems.

• 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas Petrochemical Refinery or EPC projects.
• GCC experience preferred.
