Moroccan Bath Associate (Hammam Therapist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments following Sofitel and spa standards.
• Ensure the highest level of guest comfort hygiene and satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain the Hammam treatment area and equipment.
• Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to guests.
• Maintain professional knowledge of spa treatments products and wellness practices.
• Adhere to all health safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Moroccan Bath/Hammam Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Moroccan bath rituals and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• English language proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
