Hostess Greek Mediterranean Restaurant

We are looking for a warm polished and guest-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests.

What youll be doing:
Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrival
Manage reservations seating arrangements and guest flow efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and provide a warm introduction to the dining experience
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of reservations VIP guests and special occasions
Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth table management
Respond to guest requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly escalating when required
Maintain a polished and welcoming reception area at all times
Assist the restaurant team during busy periods to ensure seamless service
Build positive relationships with guests and create memorable first impressions

Qualifications :

What were looking for:
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
Warm confident and professional personality
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and welcoming in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Professional grooming and presentation
