Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Bartender / Mixologist to lead our bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience at our Greek / Mediterranean Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team
- Design and update cocktail menus including signature creations
- Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
- Monitor stock levels control costs and manage supplier orders
- Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
- Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and hotel policies
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Qualifications :
- Minimum 35 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Strong knowledge of spirits wines and international cocktail trends
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
