KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Bring extensive experience in the relevant financial services activity with a proven track record of success in senior management and leadership roles.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the markets in which the licensee operates including the products services and offerings required to compete effectively.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to lead an organisation or business unit with significant financial and operational responsibilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including regulators shareholders investors customers and other relevant market participants.
• Influence and engage stakeholders effectively to support the organisations strategic objectives through strong communication leadership and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with shareholders regulators customer groups and key ecosystem players.
• Build and maintain strategic alliances partnerships and business relationships that support the organisations growth and strategic objectives.
• Demonstrate a strong awareness of sound corporate governance and risk management practices as well as regulatory and compliance obligations particularly those relating to capital and liquidity and their impact on business strategy.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 710 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector including banking insurance asset management or related activities with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
• Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognised university or other relevant professional qualification(s).
