Bartender Lagoon Bar

We are looking for a passionate energetic and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at Lagoon Bar and deliver refreshing drinks and memorable experiences in our resort setting.

What youll be doing:
Prepare and serve cocktails mocktails beverages and other drinks to the highest standards
Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly personalised service
Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of beverages
Recommend drinks and assist guests with beverage selections
Maintain excellent knowledge of the bar menu ingredients and beverage offerings
Ensure the bar is clean organised and fully stocked throughout the shift
Follow responsible service hygiene and safety standards
Assist with stock control replenishment and daily bar preparation
Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service especially during busy periods
Create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for guests at the Lagoon Bar

Qualifications :

What were looking for:
Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel resort or high-end restaurant
Good knowledge of cocktails spirits wines beers and non-alcoholic beverages
Excellent guest-service and communication skills
Friendly energetic and confident personality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor/resort environment
Strong attention to detail and professional grooming
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
