Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary:

• Assist in achieving room group and overall hotel revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain corporate government leisure and MICE accounts.
• Conduct sales calls client visits presentations and site inspections.
• Generate new business and follow up on leads and quotations.
• Promote hotel rooms meetings events and F&B facilities.
• Monitor market and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure excellent guest and client service.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
• Support sales activities promotions and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• 24 years of hotel sales experience preferably with an international hotel brand.
• Experience in corporate government leisure group and MICE sales.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and business accounts.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and networking skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional proactive target-oriented and customer-focused.
