Booking & Reservations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and service-focused Booking & Reservations Specialist to assist clients with researching options coordinating reservations and keeping booking details organized from initial request through confirmation. This role is well suited for someone who communicates clearly pays close attention to details and is comfortable working with online systems.

• Research booking options based on client needs preferences and requested dates
• Compare available accommodations transportation activities cruises and other services
• Assist clients with coordinating and completing reservation requests
• Review booking details policies availability and applicable options
• Verify names dates destinations and reservation information for accuracy
• Provide clients with confirmations and relevant booking information
• Coordinate special requests and assist with reservation changes when needed
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers regarding booking details
• Maintain organized and accurate client and reservation records
• Follow up on outstanding information needed to complete reservations
• Provide professional and responsive service throughout the booking process

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable researching and comparing information online
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
• Comfortable learning new online booking systems and digital tools
• Reliable follow-through and a client-focused approach
• Previous experience in customer service hospitality reservations administration or a related field is helpful but not required
