Job Summary
Our stores are places where people do what they love. We believe that beauty should be accessible to everyone. We want to provide the best service to our customers and thats the reason we need to strengthen our team in store to handle online orders through our pick-up points.
What will you do:
handle online orders
support to process complaints
receive goods and working in the stores warehouse
prepare Click&Collect orders
help with picking orders through the machines
Our requirements:
have a positive attitude towards customers
detail oriented person and team player
are flexible - you dont mind working at the weekend (we want to be as accessible as possible for our customers which is why we are open 6 days a week)
have experience with a scanner and basic PC tasks (Word Excel...)
english at B1 level as an advantage
