Team Overview

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective team communication including leading daily stand-ups prioritizing tasks clarifying requirements and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery.

• Plan and manage projects by defining scope goals timelines and resource allocation.

• Collaborate closely with product owners to refine requirements build deep product understanding and contribute to shaping the future direction of our product portfolio.

• Act as a key point of contact for customers ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support the delivery and deployment of products including cloud-based environments such as AWS.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Proven experience in a professional software development environment

• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban (e.g. Product Owner Scrum Master)

• Hands-on project management experience

• Solid understanding of software architecture development practices delivery processes and modern deployment practices

• Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken with a collaborative mindset excellent interpersonal and team facilitation skills and familiarity with cloud platforms particularly AWS

Required Technical

• Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban)

• AWS (Amazon Web Services)

• Software architecture and development practices

• Software delivery and deployment processes

• Project management and team facilitation skills

The minimum salary for this position according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement is EUR 4061.00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
