Key Responsibilities:

• Design maintain and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB ensuring data accuracy completeness and consistency.
• Establish and maintain relationships between Configuration Items (CIs) across infrastructure applications and business services.
• Implement and support data ingestion and integration processes from multiple enterprise systems into the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Apply and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework across the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and manage relationships between Business Applications Service Instances Technology Management Services Service Offerings Business Capabilities and related CIs.
• Ensure IT asset and service data is structured and governed in accordance with CSDM best practices.
• Collaborate with application owners infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to improve CMDB data quality and service visibility.
• Define and enforce governance policies for Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management including creation modification and retirement.
• Support Change Management processes by ensuring CMDB updates accurately reflect approved infrastructure and application changes.
• Develop and monitor CMDB health dashboards KPIs and data quality metrics.
• Identify and remediate stale duplicate orphaned or inaccurate CMDB records.
• Work closely with CI owners auditors and governance teams to support compliance initiatives and audit requirements.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements for CMDB processes governance and automation.
