Site Security Manager (mwd) Schwechat & Wien Vollzeit

We are currently looking for a motivated Site Security Manager (m/w/d) for a Datacenter of a well-known global client. The main work location is Schwechat but occasional coverage of other data centers in Vienna is required. Our client prides themselves on delivering best-in-class solutions. • Active management of on-site security personnel
• Support of recruitment onboarding training and development of security personnel
• Building and maintaining a cohesive high-performing team
• Ensuring compliance with all local labour law regulations company policies procedures and operational standards
• Monitoring compliance with established guidelines identifying security gaps and driving corrective actions and continuous improvements
• Management of security systems including access control CCTV and incident management tools
• Assessment evaluation documentation and escalation of potential safety issues within the facility
• Collaboration with client leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and service excellence
• Participation in client meetings trainings and cross-functional collaboration activities
• Provision of leadership coverage across additional campus or regional sites as required

Qualifications :

• Minimum 18 years of age
• No criminal record
• Associate degree in business management or a related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written & spoken English skills
• Good German skills
• Several years of experience in the security industry and in a leadership role
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Reliability & flexibility
• Solution-oriented mindset

For this position we offer a minimum salary of 3.500 gross per month (based on full-time employment including 20-hour-overtime rate). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience there is a willingness to overpay.
