ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis Design Configuration Testing Training and Operational support
• Designing Prototyping Testing and Implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro HR Case Management and Knowledge Management and other HRSD modules to meet the specific the business requirements align with HR technology principals and to provide an exceptional employee/user experience.
• Develop test and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript Glide scripting and Business Rules.
• Create reports and dashboards to display KPIs and provide insights and metrics related to HR services and business processes.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and translate user needs into technical solutions and system enhancements.
• Perform system testing debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure the stability and reliability of HRSD solutions.
• Document maintain and update policies procedures and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development.
• Document technical specifications system configurations and development activities ensuring comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure all custom development is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR stakeholders and end-users addressing inquiries resolving issues and delivering training as needed.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates new features and best practices and recommend and implement enhancements to optimize HRSD functionality.
