Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (mwd)

YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) you ensure the highest standards in hygiene food safety and compliance both in our production units and at international premium events such as Formula 1 Football European and World Championships tennis tournaments and many more.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring food law requirements and hygiene standards based on HACCP (including allergens)
• Monitoring quality assurance and cleaning processes as well as identifying risks
• Conducting audits and sampling as well as ensuring complete documentation
• Continuous process improvement
• Training employees and supporting event planning

Qualifications :

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• Degree in food technology food science food chemistry or quality management (HACCP/ISO 22000 is an advantage)
• 5 years of professional experience in food safety and quality management ideally within food production fine dining or the hospitality industry
• Efficient transparent and process-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Flexible and performance-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Very good German and English skills both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel to major events such as Formula 1 Football World Championships tennis and golf tournaments

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFER

Starting salary of 4000 gross per month on a full-time basis (all-in contract). Willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and individual agreements.

Your place of work is in Viennas city center right next to the Vienna State Opera. A valid work permit for Austria is required.
