What Youll Do

• Perform routine purification of proteins from recombinant and natural sources
• Analyze and evaluate purification samples
• Manage biological samples using laboratory software systems
• Maintain accurate complete and traceable experimental documentation
• Contribute to the optimization and validation of existing workflows and processes
• Support the maintenance troubleshooting and qualification of laboratory equipment

What You Bring

• Completed education (HTL FH BSc MSc or equivalent) in Biochemistry Molecular Biology Biotechnology or a related life sciences discipline
• Practical experience in the purification of recombinant proteins from various expression systems
• Hands-on experience with FPLC systems ideally ÄKTA or NGC platforms
• Strong attention to detail and enjoyment of working in a structured laboratory environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage
• Experience with automated protein purification systems is considered a plus

Compensation

Salary is in line with the collective agreement (KV Handwerk und Gewerbe) for a full-time position. Your actual salary will reflect your experience and qualifications.
