Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Linz suchen wir Sie als Projekt Administration (w/m/d/x)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the project management team in coordinating the entire project workflow across multiple concurrent projects
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with the project management team regarding overall project progress
  • Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external information flow particularly with Japanese suppliers
  • Creating presentations reports and analyses and monitoring project budgets
  • Preparing and following up on workshops
  • Organizing and documenting meetings
  • Gathering and processing information
  • Coordinating business trips
  • Adhering to company guidelines

Your Profile

  • Experience in supporting project managers in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Ability to monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with project management teams.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills acting as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including international suppliers and business partners.
  • Proficiency in preparing presentations reports analyses and project-related documentation as well as monitoring project budgets.
  • Experience in organizing facilitating and following up on workshops and meetings.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills including meeting documentation and information management.
  • Ability to collect analyze and prepare information in a structured and professional manner.
  • Experience in coordinating domestic and international business travel arrangements.
  • Commitment to complying with company policies procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Commercial business or economic education from a secondary or higher educational institution.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in an automotive environment with a strong focus on international project administration.
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Excel Word Outlook Teams and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent Japanese and English language skills (minimum C1 level); German language skills are an asset.
