We are looking for a VIEas aProject Configuration and Change Managerfor our site inVienna AUSTRIA.

Details of the Volunteers for International Experience (VIE) program:

• Assignments are open for citizens of European Union countries between 18 and 28 years who have fulfilled the military service obligations of their countryA VIE assignment will be in a country other than that of the applicantSet up by public sector statute in France managed by the Business France organization
• Assignment lasts from 12 to 24 months renewable once within a cumulative limit of 24 months
• Compensation (non-taxable) linked to the cost of living index and set by Business France: 3.00000 per month in Austria (update 1st of October 2026)
• International social protection is extended to eligible parties 30 days of holiday per year

Purpose of the role:

• Responsible for the application of the Configuration and Change Management process within the program/project
• Keeps the program/project under Configuration and Change Management control
• Applies Configuration and Change standard procedures instructions templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them
• Plans implements and drives CCM process within their project or program and represents CCMin project and site meetings
• Analyses reviews and provides the compliance statement on CCM-related requirements (customer partner and internal)
• Ensures completeness correctness clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the change requestor from Preparation to Approval to Implementation and Closure
• Measures/reports CCM process performance/maturity (Key Performance Indicators) and derivates and manages actions

Missions can evolve according to needsduring the contract.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master of Management or Technical fields
• Support in project management experience is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory German would be a plus
• MS Office tools MS Project and Power BI knowledge are desirable
• Open-minded motivated and eager to learn
• Willing to communicate with othersand collaborate with various people in an international environment
• Nice to have an understanding of Configuration & Change Management
