Job Summary
- Select Alternative Investments is a Direct Investments Platform focused on Private Equity Real Estate and Venture Capital. We target private investment opportunities alongside our investors and provide access to our proprietary deal sourcing
- All investments are structured in-house by our team of investment professionals located in Singapore Zurich Vienna and Ho Chi Minh City
- In order to support our rapidly growing business we are seeking a self-driven highly motivated colleague to work directly within our global investment team
- Supporting the investment team in processes throughout the deal cycle
- Screening and evaluation of new investment opportunities in Asia Europe and US markets participating in meetings and preparing call memos
- Analysing investment memoranda and economics of RE PE and VC deals
- Assisting with financial modelling and preparation of market research to support deal due diligence
- Provide analytical forecasting and reporting support to portfolio managers
- Preparation of investment committee presentations Q&As and other deal materials
- Bachelors degree recently completed or currently enrolled in a Masters programme from a leading university preferably in business finance or related subject
- Previous internship in a relevant field such as investment banking M&A or consulting is a plus
- Extremely attentive to detail intellectually curious proactive and goal-oriented
- Fluent in English with high levels of written verbal and interpersonal communication skills fluency in German is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in both on-the-ground and virtual teams (with other Select offices)
- Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of Msft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent research skills able to find a needle in a haystack
- Strong sense of self-motivation and ownership ability to work independently and with low supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Eligibility to work in the EU
- Able to commit 6 months
