Your mission
- Provide expert technical consulting to internal teams and external partners during the pre-sales phase.
- Lead the design and engineering of Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for Utility and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) projects.
- Present tailored technical solutions to prospective clients and closely collaborate with the Sales team to finalize project proposals.
- Conduct professional project design trainings for customers and EPC partners and deliver hands-on onsite training during commissioning.
- Act as a subject matter expert supporting the Field Service team with technical insights during the commissioning phase.
- Serve as the primary focal point for utility team and key accounts fostering cross-regional alignment trust and long-term partnerships.
- Continuously streamline operational workflows and share best practices to drive efficiency and internal improvements.
- Actively represent the company as a technical expert at industry exhibitions trade fairs and networking events.
What will help you succeed
- Degree in electrical engineering renewable energy or a closely related technical field.
- Deep understanding of renewable energies battery energy storage systems (BESS) and grid technologies.
- Strong track record in designing and engineering Utility or C&I Photovoltaic (PV) and BESS projects.
- Solid project management skills with experience working alongside cross-functional teams (e.g. product management engineering certification).
- Highly structured and solution-oriented approach complemented by excellent organizational time-management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and/or German along with practical proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and MS Teams).
