Job Summary
What your workday looks like
- You take holistic and independent responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle of all team members including the implementation of projects to continuously improve our P&C strategy.
- You feel at home in recruitment actively shape the candidate experience and find the right people at the right time.
- Based on the workforce planning of our department heads you prepare the annual personnel budget critically assess the input from a sound business perspective and continuously keep an eye on headcount payroll and forecasts. Preparing evaluations and reports for our Head Office is of course also part of your role.
- Managing all personnel files and working closely with our external payroll provider are also part of your daily to-dos.
- You are responsible for implementing our standards for apprentices and trainees and support them throughout their entire training period.
- You represent our employer brand at career fairs and schools and build your network among the next generation of talent in the industry.
- You take responsibility for the entire onboarding process of our new colleagues and together with the department heads ensure that they feel welcome from day one receive all the relevant information and have a structured start in their new role.
- You identify talent and support their development together with the General Manager.
- You act as a sparring partner for our department heads on all HR-related and employment-law matters and support them in handling challenging situations in a professional and solution-oriented way.
- You have a strong sense of what matters to our team develop employee retention initiatives together with us and ensure that our company culture is not only reflected on paper but truly lived in our day-to-day interactions.
Qualifications :
Your personality matters more than your resume
- You already have professional experience in People & Culture Management within the hotel or hospitality industry and ideally hold a relevant qualification in this field.
- You feel confident working with Austrian employment law and are familiar with preparing relevant HR and legal documentation.
- Your precise and conscientious way of working ensures smooth and efficient HR administration.
- As a trusted point of contact for all HR-related matters you bring discretion and empathy to your work with people.
- You have the assertiveness and consistency needed to optimally support department heads in managing their teams.
- You bring not only your skills and expertise but also your personality and character.
