Middle Office Operations Analyst CEE (f/m/d)

Join us in driving reliable and efficient energy operations across Central and Eastern this role you will support critical Mid Office activities related to metering onboarding balancing and operational process improvement within evolving energy markets.
What you will do:
Manage and validate onboarding and metering data to support accurate invoicing balancing and PnL reconciliation
Monitor data quality investigate discrepancies and coordinate timely resolution of operational and system-related issues
Represent Mid Office in collaboration with Front Office IT invoicing and balancing teams as well as external data providers
Support the implementation of new operational processes system enhancements and market requirements across CEE markets
Coordinate activities related to balancing group management and communication with transmission and distribution system operators
Identify opportunities to improve standardise automate and further develop operational processes and controls
What you bring & who you are:
Degree in engineering business administration mathematics physics computer science or a comparable qualification through experience
Experience in Mid Office operations energy data management or energy market environments
Understanding of metering data validation onboarding invoicing balancing or related operational energy processes
Familiarity with Python and SQL as well as an interest in working with data-driven tools and platforms such as Dataiku or Databricks
Analytical and structured approach combined with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Fluent German and English skills are required; additional European language skills are an advantage
