Marketing Manager (all genders) The Allrounder

We build award-winning smart glasses in Vienna: hardware firmware software all under one roof. Our technology is complex our story is worth telling and our marketing is growing. Were looking for someone who brings energy curiosity and a genuine hands-on mentality to a broad marketing role working closely with our Head of Marketing to turn strategy into action across channels formats and audiences.

What Youll Be Doing

• Work across the full marketing mix from content and social to online marketing and events

• Support and execute B2B marketing campaigns with a clear focus on lead generation and demand generation

• Help run and grow our LinkedIn presence: editorial planning content publishing community management

• Create and prepare marketing materials: graphics visuals social posts and simple videos for digital channels

• Support the planning and execution of trade shows events and B2B seminars

• Keep an eye on trends formats and platform updates and bring ideas for what could work for us

• Coordinate with external agencies and support the briefing and delivery process

• Track campaign performance and help derive learnings for continuous improvement

What You Bring to the Team

• Around 5 years of broad experience in marketing: youve touched many areas and are curious about all of them

• A genuine hands-on mentality: you dont wait to be told what to do next you take ownership and move things forward

• A good eye for design brand and quality: you know what looks right and what doesnt

• Basic confidence with digital marketing tools CMS platforms analytics and social media

• Creativity and performance thinking in one package: you care about how things look and whether they work

• Strong communication skills and a professional collaborative way of working

• Comfortable working independently as well as in close alignment with your direct lead

• Fluent German and English

Nice to have

• Experience with graphic or design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Canva Figma)

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot)

• Background in a B2B tech or industrial environment

• Familiarity with AI content tools

• Yearly public transport card (Vienna)

As you know due to the collective agreement (KV) we have to mention the official minimum salary which is EUR 3.954 gross/month. But honestly thats just a baseline - were offering you a salary that truly reflects your skills and the value you bring.
