Lead Developer (mfx) | Store ERP Systems

• Take technical ownership of the design development and continuous improvement of Java-based applications and services 
• Drive the implementation of high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot 
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into pragmatic technical solutions 
• Provide technical guidance mentoring and code reviews to support the growth of team members 
• Support projects throughout their entire lifecycle from concept to implementation 
• Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement 

Qualifications :

• Completed technical education (HTL FH TU) or a comparable qualification 
• Several years of experience in software development with a focus on designing and implementing software systems 
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design modern software architectures and software engineering best practices 
• Experience in leading developers or acting as a technical lead within agile teams 
• Hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot) RESTful APIs microservices integration patterns and distributed systems
