Invoice Inspector 1.5 Years Maternity Cover (All Genders)

For our Invoice Team we are looking for a new team member at our Vienna location as a temporary parental leave replacement. Join zooplus and become our next Invoice Inspector.

The Tasks:

• Invoice verification and detailed checking of all incoming goods and transportation cost invoices from Germany and abroad for factual tax-related and mathematical accuracy.
• Handling complaints and clarifying discrepancies in delivered goods in communication with German- and English-speaking suppliers and logistics partners.
• Close cooperation with the Accounting Purchasing Procurement and Logistics departments.
• Support during monthly quarterly and annual financial closings.

Qualifications :

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in retail preferably in the online or mail-order sector.
• Very good understanding of numbers.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English skills are mandatory. German is a plus.
