Group and AT Data and AI Governance teamis a department located within the Group & AT Data Management area at Erste Group.

The Data and Reporting Governance Team ensures consistent transparent and compliant management of the banks data and reporting. The team defines governance frameworks standards and controls and supports regulatory compliance including BCBS 239. By partnering across business and technology functions it drives continuous improvement and helps leverage data as a strategic asset.

• Support Data and Reporting Governance and BCBS 239 initiatives and activities.
• Prepare presentations reports management summaries and governance documentation.
• Coordinate meetings workshops and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in analyzing governance topics regulatory requirements and decision materials.
• Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc projects across functions.

• Ongoing studies in business finance data technology or a related field.
• Strong interest in data governance regulation technology and banking.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive reliable team player with curiosity for digital innovation data analytics and AI.
