• Ideally you have knowledge of inheritance law which is necessary for the settlement of estates
• You are organised and precise and you are able to maintain an overview of complex projects
• You are willing to travel throughout Austria for external appointments as required
• You have a confident manner when dealing with relatives authorities and notaries
• You are a team player and inspire us with your positive mindset

• several years of experience in the commercial sector preferably with a notary or lawyer is desirable
• completed education in the commercial field e.g. Commercial Academy
• very good German language skills are required (C1)
• good English skills are an advantage
• affinity with numbers
• proficient use of MS Office and MS SharePoint
• Drivers License B
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
