Go To Market (GTM) Engineer Vienna (mfd)

As a GTM Engineer youll be the interface between marketing and sales at our company. Youll build our outbound machine generate qualified leads for sales and receive an uncapped commission on top of your base salary.

We are Interactive Paper a startup from Vienna. We connect print with digital experiences and turn paper into an interactive marketing channel for brands that want to break out of digital sensory overload.

• You already have experience with GTM systems (Clay Instantly Make Sales Nav ...).
• You love taking 100% ownership.
• You work independently and can manage without a lot of direction.
• Youre obsessed with marketing sales psychology copywriting etc.
• You speak German and English fluently.
• Youre a doer and prefer to execute rather than sit through thousands of calls and PowerPoints.

• 40000 to 100000 OTE base salary plus variable pay structure. The more you contribute the more youre rewarded. Uncapped bonus infinite upside.
