Job Summary

Location: Porto Portugal (Onsite)
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers providing professional and efficient support in both German and English. Youll handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.
Please note that relocation support is not provided for this position. Candidates should already have the legal right to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Porto independently at their own expense.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with product and service-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent German (C1/C2).
- Good English skills (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Porto Portugal.
- Comfortable working in a rotating 24/7 schedule including occasional night shifts.
