Our CEO moves fast thinks big and needs someone equally sharp keeping everything organised behind the scenes. Youll own his calendar travel and meeting preparation making sure every day runs as it should and every commitment is followed through.

This is a role where your precision and proactivity directly shape how effectively the company is led.

What Youll Be Doing

• Own and manage the CEOs calendar: scheduling prioritising and protecting his time
• Organise travel: flights hotels ground transport itineraries: seamless and stress-free
• Prepare meetings: briefings agendas materials and follow-ups
• Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO where needed
• Anticipate needs before they become requests. Youre always one step ahead
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep things on track

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
• Exceptional organisational skills and sharp attention to detail
• A proactive discreet and reliable way of working you handle sensitive information with care
• Calm under pressure and able to reprioritise quickly when things change
• Strong communication skills written and verbal in both German and English
• Dedication to your job paired with a good sense of humor
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment
