Join our startup and create practical engaging content that supports skilled workers before and after their arrival in Austria. Your work will help thousands of international professionals navigate everyday life work and integration in Vienna.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This internship opportunity is available exclusively through the Erasmus program (students only not young entrepreneurs). Applicants must be enrolled in a university outside Austria as per Erasmus guidelines. Please confirm your eligibility through your countrys Erasmus program before applying.

Earliest start date: 2026

Tasks

As an Erasmus Content Creation Intern you will create helpful content for international healthcare professionals relocating to Austria.

Examples include:

• Research and create guides about living in Vienna
• Produce content about public transport housing shopping healthcare and everyday life
• Create onboarding content for nurses and other healthcare professionals working in Austria
• Research leisure activities culture sports and family life in Vienna
• Write blog articles checklists and practical guides
• Create content for social media
• Help develop onboarding and integration materials for our software platform
• Research frequently asked questions and transform them into useful content
• Support translation and localization of content

Requirements

Were looking for someone who:

• Is eligible for an Erasmus internship (please note: internships in Austria are not allowed for students enrolled in Austrian universities under Erasmus rules)
• Has excellent English skills (minimum B2) & Knowledge of German is a big advantage but not required.
• Enjoys writing and creating digital content
• Has strong research skills and attention to detail
• Is creative and able to explain complex topics in a simple way
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Is interested in intercultural communication and international mobility

Work Details:

We provide a dynamic and inspiring work environment with a young motivated team where youll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and demonstrate initiative.

• Office location: We currently do not have a physical office so this is a remote position. Interns are expected to work from their home in Vienna. To ensure regular collaboration and team integration we hold frequent online and in-person meetings in Vienna. Whenever possible we also connect interns with one another to foster collaboration and create opportunities to work and meet together.
• Working hours: max. 30 hours per week (MondayThursday starting at 9:00 AM 30 minute lunch breaks)
• Two vacation days per month an extra day off on your birthday
• Office closed during Christmas and New Years holidays (2 weeks)
