Team Overview

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure environments (AWS)

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt

• Monitor application performance system reliability and infrastructure health

• Implement logging monitoring and alerting solutions

• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency

• Manage containerized environments using Docker

• Ensure security best practices are integrated into infrastructure and deployment workflows

• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response activities

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and operational procedures

• Support disaster recovery backup and high-availability strategies

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Track record years of experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering

• Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems administration

• Understanding of networking security and system architecture principles; sound understanding of IP/TCP networking

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Required Technical Skill

• Cloud platforms (AWS Amazon Web Services)

• CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC Infrastructure as Code) tools such as Terraform

• Containerization technologies including Docker

• Scripting languages such as Bash Python; monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

The minimum salary for this position according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement is EUR 3954.00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
