• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems including hardware software and network issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Install configure and maintain operating systems and software applications on desktops and laptops ensuring compliance with company standards and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement solutions for complex technical issues contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations.
• Assist in managing and maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies ensuring that resources are available and properly allocated to meet organizational needs.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end-users on proper system usage best practices and troubleshooting techniques to enhance user autonomy and productivity.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role in IT services.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
