As Demi Chef de Rang you play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests at Boca. Whether during an early shift or a lively evening service you bring warmth confidence and genuine hospitality to every table. Your responsibilities include:
Create memorable guest experiences
Deliver warm attentive and personal service that makes every guest feel welcome. Guide guests confidently through our food and beverage offering anticipate their needs and create genuine interactions that reflect Bocas Mediterranean spirit.
Take ownership of your station
Take responsibility for your assigned rang and ensure smooth consistent service throughout your shift. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and your colleagues and make sure every table receives attentive and professional service.
Support and develop your team
Be a role model for Commis de Rang and new team members by sharing your knowledge supporting them during service and helping maintain the high standards that define Boca.
Share your product knowledge
Know our food wines cocktails and beverages and recommend them with confidence and personality. Create authentic guest interactions while naturally contributing to sales and guest satisfaction.
Keep operations running smoothly
Support the daily operation through tasks such as mise en place order taking billing shift handovers and maintaining your station. Help ensure every service runs efficiently smoothly and to the standards we expect at Boca.
