Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards and analytical models to support business objectives
Define and validate functional requirements for analytics and business intelligence solutions
Retrieve clean and analyze data to ensure accuracy and integrity of reported results
Identify trends and patterns in business data and create visualizations to support decision-making
Collaborate with business units to conduct needs assessments and deliver data driven solutions
Support data science and large-scale data initiatives through data preparation and analysis
Maintain and enhance metadata artifacts including Data Catalog and Power BI reporting assets
Evaluate and improve the Data Governance and Metadata Collection Framework
Mentor junior staff and contribute to development of best practices in analytics and governance
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and support implementation of data quality controls
Communicate analytical results effectively to stakeholders and leadership
