In Customer Success Management at Interactive Paper you will work with top international companies including brands like Samsung Pfizer Ford Oracle and EY. You will be in direct contact with the marketing directors of these brands and take responsibility for successfully managing various advertising campaigns.
We are seeking a candidate with advanced English and German proficiency as the role primarily involves engaging with international clients.
We are looking for customer-oriented communicative and committed candidates who are motivated to take on real responsibility. You value teamwork and also bring an independent work style. You have organizational talent and enjoy customer contact and selling disruptive high-tech products.
Tasks
- Advising and supporting our clients in developing and implementing marketing strategies using interactive media and digital tools.
- Analyzing the business objectives and target audiences of our clients to develop tailored marketing solutions that meet their needs and requirements.
- Working closely with our internal team of creative designers developers and analysts to develop customized solutions that meet our clients requirements.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients to help them make the best use of our products and services and fully exploit their marketing potential.
- Client Project Management and Task Management of customer projects.
- Continuously analyzing and optimizing ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired results and maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
- Exceptional task management skills and a natural talent for organization ensuring efficiency and structure in all processes.
- Experience in customer-facing roles ideally in hospitality service or consulting. A background in marketing is a plus but not required.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Team-oriented and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
Benefits
- A full-time position with a salary of 40000 to 60000 gross
- An individual bonus of up to 6000 per year
- A team bonus of up to 10000 per year
