Role focus: Supports Digital BI and analytics through performance measurement of new digital enhancements and stewardship of mobile/online application and employee-facing product experiences.
DESCRIPTION
Support business decisions within the Digital department by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis reporting and insights that evaluate the performance of new digital enhancements and help steward the overall experience and performance of Navy Federals mobile and online applications as well as employee-facing experience products. Analyze business problems and issues using business intelligence tools that incorporate data from internal and external sources. Work independently to interpret and analyze complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch providing well-supported recommendations that improve digital experiences and business outcomes.
