Business Coordinator, PDT R&D (fmd), Hybrid

As Business Coordinator within PDT R&D in Vienna you will provide high-level business and operational support to local leaders and teams. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations efficient coordination and strong collaboration across functions.

• Coordinate meetings events and leadership sessions includinglogisticsand materials

• Support travel planning booking and expense reporting via SAP Concur

• Provide administrative support for coordination of complex meetings

• Handle purchase orders office supplies and equipment-related requests

• Support contract setup invoice tracking and collaboration with Procurement Legal and Finance

• Assistwith budget maintenance financial reporting and dashboard coordination

• Contribute to internal systems and process support across procurement travel & expenses invoicing contract management and document management platformse.g.Ariba ConcurorSharePoint

In thispositionyou will report totheImmunology Franchise Global Program Lead PDT R&D

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Health Care or Pharma is an advantage

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

• Strong organizational skills attention to detail a proactive mindset andagility

• Excellent communication skills in English and German

• Confidence with standard office tools and internal systems

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and professionalism

• Strong teamwork interpersonal skills and discretion when handling sensitive information
