Job Summary
What youll be working on
Exciting tasks in RnD in the field of battery diagnostics specifically:
- Conduct electrical measurements of EV battery modules.
- Apply electrical engineering methods to analyze battery systems.
- Develop set up and test new procedures from measurement to modelling and simulations of battery systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Science and other teams within AVILOO.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of test processes.
What your bring
- A Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a comparable field.
- Good knowledge of measurement technology signal processing and modelling.
- Understanding of electrical energy storage systems (especially lithium-ion batteries).
- Interest in developing test and measurement procedures as well as the ability to meaningfully combine theory and practice.
- Programming skills (ideally in Python).
- Hands-on experience with circuits (sizing wiring soldering etc.) is a big plus.
- Excellent English or German skills both verbally and in writing.
- Independent structured and precise way of working.
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for new challenges. We appreciate team players who roll up their sleeves when needed.

- The minimum salary for this position is 3.267 gross/month in accordance with the Austrian IT
Collective Agreement (full-time 38.5h/week). Actual compensation is based on qualifications and
experience and significantly exceeds the collective agreement minimum.
