Behind every device that ships is precise careful hands-on work and thats exactly what this role is about. Youll be part of the team that turns components into finished products working closely with engineers quality assurance and production to keep things moving and the standards high.

This is a role where your hands-on skill and attention to detail make a visible difference every single day.

What Youll Be Doing

• Hands-on assembly of components and devices across different stages of the production process
• Material preparation pre-assembly cleaning packaging and warehouse support
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products with precision and care
• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Document and report any discrepancies in the assembly process
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor

What You Bring to the Team

• Completed technical apprenticeship ongoing or recently completed HTL or relevant studies
• Solid technical understanding and careful handling of small components and electronics
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with assembly processes tools and techniques
• Attention to detail and a practical problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to support a wide range of tasks in production
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Good communication skills in German and/or English
