To keep growing without losing quality structure or good energy we are looking for an Agency Assistant / Team & Operations. Someone who becomes the calm reliable center of the agency. Keeping things together thinking ahead supporting the team and helping us to focus on the bigger picture.

- Coordinate team partners clients and projects
- Support the founder in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Handle meetings and back-office magic
- Organize internal communication & external requests
- Help find and welcome new talent
- Be the go-to person who gets things done
- Improve our workflows day by day
- First experience in a similar role
- Native German fluent English
- Organized multitasking skills & self-discipline
- Strong empathy skills to connect with team & clients
- Problem-solving mindset & endurance
- Passion for Hospitality and Social Media
- Confident with email calendars Slack Canva Notion or similar tools
- Strong communication skills
