System Administrator Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator intern to join our IT this role you will help maintain our IT infrastructure support end-users assist with network and system management. This is an ideal position for someone with foundational IT knowledge who is eager to grow their skills in server administration and network management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in basic system administration IT support deployment or configuration.
• Windows Administration: Foundational knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory (AD) and Windows troubleshooting.
• Networking: Understanding of core networking principles.
• Hardware & Cabling: Practical experience with PC hardware and cabling.
• Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and maintaining Windows Server and Active Directory (AD) services.
• Support basic server environments and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Perform physical cabling setup and hardware troubleshooting for employee workstations and office network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS desktop issues and hardware failures in a timely manner.
