Job Summary

The Specialist Partner Operations will be responsible for ensuring that partnership activities run accurately and efficiently from partner onboarding and support to rebate calculations payment reconciliation and reporting.

The role requires an analytical detail-oriented professional who can work confidently with financial and performance data coordinate across departments and provide a reliable partner experience.

Mission of the Role

To support successful partnerships through accurate calculations and payments timely operational support effective onboarding and actionable performance insights that help improve partnership programs.

Key Performance Objectives

1. Resolve partner enquiries within agreed service levels

Typical tasks include responding to partner support queries managing Jira tickets raised by Partners and Business Development investigating issues and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them.

The Specialist will ensure that requests are tracked addressed efficiently and resolved within specified service-level agreements with clear communication throughout the process.

2. Maintain accurate rebate schemes and calculations

Typical tasks include implementing partner rebate schemes making approved adjustments conducting manual rebate and performance calculations and verifying automated calculations.

The Specialist will identify and resolve calculation discrepancies ensuring that rebate arrangements are implemented correctly and partner amounts are accurate.

3. Reconcile and execute partnership payments accurately and on time

Typical tasks include reconciling manual and automated partnership payments checking their accuracy and completeness and coordinating with other departments to execute key payments.

The Specialist will help ensure that partners receive the correct payments on time and that payment discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

4. Complete partner onboarding and prepare systems for launch

Typical tasks include managing the technical setup for strategic partners arranging system access configuring promotional offerings and providing relevant training.

The Specialist will coordinate promotional content and required approvals with internal teams and test new products and systems to confirm that functionality and setup are ready before launch.

5. Deliver clear reporting and actionable partner insights

Typical tasks include monitoring partner activity across channels maintaining scheduled and ad-hoc performance and communication reports and preparing presentations and detailed monthly reports.

The Specialist will provide accurate visibility into partner performance partnership expenses and promotional results highlighting trends and opportunities for growth or improvement.

6. Contribute to stronger partnership offerings and partner experience

Typical tasks include analyzing market partnership offerings collaborating with Business Development and Marketing and using performance findings to recommend program improvements.

The Specialist will support informed decisions about partnership offerings and promotions while maintaining reporting and communication activities throughout the partner journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in partner operations finance or a related field.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Economics or a relevant discipline.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • High attention to detail when working with calculations payments and reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • A positive collaborative approach and strong commitment to delivering results.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
  • Working experience with PAMM.
  • Experience in trading FinTech or financial services.
  • Additional language skills.
