Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading PULSs sales function expanding the companys corporate client portfolio building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

The role requires a commercially driven and experienced sales professional who can oversee the full B2B sales cycle manage and develop the sales team establish relationships with key corporate decision-makers and identify new market opportunities.

Mission of the Role

To build and lead a high-performing sales function that expands PULSs corporate client network develops long-term strategic partnerships consistently achieves revenue targets and strengthens the companys presence in the Armenian market.

Performance Objectives

1. Develop and execute the sales growth strategy

Typical tasks include developing and implementing a B2B sales strategy aligned with PULSs business goals identifying priority industries and corporate client segments setting sales targets analyzing market trends and competitor activity and adjusting sales initiatives based on performance data.

2. Expand the corporate client network and strategic partnerships

Typical tasks include identifying and approaching prospective corporate clients building relationships with HR leaders executives procurement teams and other decision-makers presenting PULS as a corporate wellness and employee benefits solution preparing commercial proposals and negotiating partnership agreements.

3. Lead the sales team and ensure target achievement

Typical tasks include managing the sales department setting and monitoring individual and team KPIs reviewing pipeline performance coaching team members supporting complex negotiations addressing performance gaps and ensuring the achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.

4. Oversee the full sales cycle and corporate account development

Typical tasks include overseeing the entire sales processfrom lead generation and initial outreach to needs assessment presentation proposal preparation negotiation closing onboarding coordination and ongoing account management. The role also includes supporting client retention renewals and opportunities to expand existing partnerships.

5. Strengthen sales operations and cross-functional collaboration

Typical tasks include maintaining accurate CRM data preparing sales reports and forecasts analyzing conversion rates and sales performance and collaborating with marketing operations and management teams to align sales initiatives improve client onboarding and ensure that commercial commitments are delivered effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Management or another relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales B2B sales business development or strategic partnerships.
  • Previous experience in insurance banking telecommunications employee benefits or another corporate-focused industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value corporate partnerships.
  • Previous team leadership or sales management experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and corporate decision-making structures.

Hiring Process
