As a Manager you will be responsible for coordinating daily operational processes and ensuring high-quality guest service. You will coordinate reservations check-in and check-out processes monitor apartment readiness and ensure a comfortable and positive guest experience throughout the stay. The role requires the ability to react quickly manage several processes at the same time and make operational decisions in different situations.


Job summary

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure organized coordination of reservations and operational processes

Typical tasks include managing apartment and house reservations coordinating check-in and check-out processes monitoring apartment readiness for guest arrivals cooperating with cleaning and technical teams and responding quickly to ongoing issues and organizational matters.

2. Ensure high-quality customer service

Typical tasks include supporting guests throughout their stay resolving complaints and issues professionally monitoring customer feedback and service quality and supporting the increase of apartment occupancy.


Required skills & qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Sales or operations management experience will be considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
  • High sense of responsibility

Hiring process

The hiring process will include the following stages:

  1. Screening interview with the Magnus team: an initial interview to discuss the candidates background customer service experience motivation salary expectations availability and general fit for the role.
  2. Professional interview with the hiring manager/company representatives: a professional interview focused on the candidates experience with guest service reservations operational coordination problem-solving communication skills and ability to manage daily processes in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Additional stages if needed: Depending on the process and company requirements additional stages may be included such as another professional discussion practical assessment or final interview.
