The Financial Operations Specialist will support PULSs day-to-day financial operations through reporting routine financial analysis counterparty reconciliations contract preparation and accurate recordkeeping.
The role requires an analytical organized professional who can work carefully with data investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments. Deep legal or accounting expertise is not required; contracts will be prepared using approved templates and internal procedures.
To support reliable financial operations by maintaining accurate data and documentation delivering timely reports resolving reconciliation discrepancies and helping the Finance Department manage its daily activities efficiently.
1. Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports
Typical tasks include collecting and organizing financial and operational data performing routine analyses and preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
The Financial Operations Specialist will ensure that reports are accurate clearly structured and completed within agreed deadlines providing useful information for internal review and decision-making.
2. Complete counterparty reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Typical tasks include comparing company records with counterparty information identifying differences investigating their causes and coordinating with relevant parties to resolve them.
The specialist will keep reconciliation records accurate and ensure that outstanding discrepancies are followed up and brought to resolution.
3. Monitor financial indicators and provide clear analytical summaries
Typical tasks include reviewing financial indicators identifying changes or inconsistencies and preparing summaries of relevant findings.
The specialist will help the Finance Department understand financial and operational trends and highlight matters requiring further review.
4. Prepare and maintain contracts using approved procedures
Typical tasks include preparing company contracts using approved templates checking that required information is complete and accurate and maintaining current contract records.
The specialist will follow internal procedures and coordinate with relevant colleagues to clarify missing information or questions requiring review.
5. Maintain accurate organized and confidential documentation
Typical tasks include updating internal records organizing financial and operational documents and checking information for completeness and consistency.
The specialist will ensure that documentation is accessible to authorized colleagues supports daily operations and is handled with appropriate confidentiality.
6. Support daily Finance activities and cross-functional coordination
Typical tasks include assisting the Finance Department with routine operational work responding to internal information requests and cooperating with other departments on financial and operational matters.
The specialist will manage competing priorities meet agreed deadlines and complete additional relevant tasks assigned by the direct manager working independently while seeking clarification when needed.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance operations administration or reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Armenian language proficiency.
- A responsible proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
